What two methods can employees use to make decisions?
Programmed decisions are decisions that become somewhat automatic because a person’s knowledge allows him or her to recognize and identify a situation and the course of action that needs to be taken. Many task-related decisions made by experts are programmed decisions. Nonprogrammed decisions are made when a problem is new, complex, or not recognized. Ideally, such decisions are made by following the steps in the rational decision-
making model.

2- What two methods can employees use to make decisions?
*Moral judgment and moral behavior. Because moral judgment is a mental process that allows us to discern between right and wrong.
(It’s a judgment made by a person or employee about whether or not an action is good or negative.)
*Ethical behavior guides the behavior of employees regarding what is right or wrong in terms of their behavior. This behavior is where employees struggle to act ethically.
3- What factors affect the two primary OB outcomes?
Job Performance and Organizational Commitment.
(Because values have an impact on how people act at work, the types of jobs they are engaged in, and how they react to workplace events.)
4-What are some examples of psychological withdrawal? Of physical withdrawal?
*An example of psychological withdrawal:
Investigating the amount of withdrawal behavior among public institution employees and detecting gender variations in psychological withdrawal from work, as well as using the questionnaire as a data collection method. The findings revealed that both sexes of establishment workers have a high level of withdrawal behavior.
*Examples of physical withdrawal:
– Getting out of work early
– Arriving late to work
How do the different forms of withdrawal relate to each other?

5- What specific faces do employees consider when evaluating their job satisfaction?
